Donation Tracking

Demeter^TM allows you to track the following donation information for each donor:

• Date of Donation
• Amount
• Status (Paid or Pledge)
• Type (Individual, Corporate, Foundation, Grant, etc.)
• Source (Mailing Solicitation, Fundraising Event, etc.)
• Thank You Letter Sent (Yes/No)
• Comments

Demeter^TM also provides a range of management reports to allow your organization to take a snapshot of the donor base in a number of ways:

• Donations by Donor
• Donations by Amount
• Donations by Date
• Donations by Year
• Donations by Status (Paid/Pledge)
• Donations – Year-Monthly Totals
• Donations Type Summary
• Donations Source Summary
