Demeter^TM also has built in functionality to allow you to quickly identify records which may be duplicates (either based on a First and Last Name match or based on an identical street address match). It also lets you identify records which have incomplete information (no street address, no zip code, etc.) In addition, there is a report which identifies donations which have been entered, but for which a Thank You letter has not been sent.
